Agree on Changs vs other good chinese restaurants, but in this market [PHX/Scottsdale] they don't have the competition of good ones, and to tell the truth the food is pretty good [comimg from someone who has lived in NYC, SF]. It's also NOT expensive, although priced higher than your family restaurant probably.
