That's easy. I find that if I add Soy protein powder to my smoothies, I gain weight. Buy it at Whole Foods in a two pound can. Cheapest brand.

Maybe your muscles are craving for some protein. I would cut something else, rather than protein.

And, BTW, you probably know my opinion on soy anything (including protein). Whey is a way better source of protein ...
