Tar sands, or something similar. Maybe that SA sour gunk I posted at the nest, full of vanadium and H2S. How do I know? My experiments with pyrotechnics probably turned out like yours; great ideers that somehow didn't work for us, but at least didn't blow our hands off. Or maybe you actually made some. Or maybe you type one-handed.
