(iii) Cup and handle on silver chart resulting from a "mini" repeat of 2008 run to dollar and stock/commodity collapse quickly followed by everybody running out of the dollar. Commodities are then rescued by falling dollar but maybe not stocks this time as people flee all things US.

50% retrace handle puts silver around $14

I would start buying around there in size and would keep buying all the way down until dollar collapse saves me. <g/ng>
