The teacher asked the 6th grader, "Johnny, who wrote the Declaration of Independence?" Johnny replied, "I don't know and I don't give a damn." The teacher said, "that's it boy, you're going to the office." The principal called the boys father in, and explained to him what his son did, and asked the father to take his son in the next room and straighten him out. The father took the boy in the next room and said to him, "son, if you wrote that damn paper, why didn't you just tell your teacher!"
