From what I see, the most value out of Repap is its tax loss credits. A money making company might want to buy out Repap, sell of its remaining assets in coated paper, but most importantly, use the tax credits I believe of almost $70million. Don't know how much the coated paper asset is worth, but based on todays price, its valued at a net of $150 million.

Can someone post better numbers than I just did? Thanks.
