Back to the case, evidently, the FL Sunshine Law will allow postmortem examination of the ballots. In fact, anything public domain, including Gov Jeb Bush's emails, is a fair fighting. Probably public officials will have the personal AOL or Yahoo email accounts <VBG>! Already, people like Sen Danforth have made the spin. They have argued that this kind of postmortem examination is meaningless b/c not a standard is applied. Well, I guess it really depends on who are the examiners.

I think VP Gore has no choice except to ride the tiger to the end. Interestingly, the rationale is that he owes it to the 49MM people voting for him to see to the last endrun. That includes the Seminole situation!
