I think the worst is yet to come on the military front. The battle for Baghdad will be quite bloody. I am not sure what is US policy. They do not care to get all the countries on their side. They do not want to bomb at random so as to prevent civilian casualties. So they are putting themselves in a no win situation.

In my opinion "war is war". Either go all out or stand back and do not attack.
