Spoke with Gerald Kieft at Wall St. Resources. He was very available and answered my questions. I guess either the CEO will go to jail for false claims or we should do quite well getting in down here in the under .40 ish range, that is barring some major business blunder. Kieft said the Vidalia, La. plant should be running by April, '07.
If all goes well with that project, we will be off and running.
Not a long time to wait in the scheme of things.

I thought USSE could be a threat to ADM because of the higher grade product and that ADM is dependent on corn for ethanol. Why grow corn for ethanol when you could possibly get more for soybeans and biofuel?

He also straightened out some share issues for me. They have 644 M S/O with 500 M restricted starting 10/11/06 for two years unless they go off the pinks. Then they could sell 2% of the O/S per quarter (the 144 rule). There are 70 M in the float with that possibly going to 140 M.
