All I said was IF and When NOK sells a WCDMA system, Q will mostly likely step in with an injunction on it. I have no indication that they or anyone else for that matter have a commerially ready chipset to produce handsets. the basestation could be done with alot of chips and cost more and it would not stop the rollout. But until someone starts publishing real specs of real chipsets working in real handsets (like I did in 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995,...) I won;t ever believe that there is any viability in any WCDMA system.

Not sure about the video stuff in Austrialia. Ask Mquirce.
