A hatchet job straight out.

But then this is the "bear house" and this is triple witching day.

Is it possible that there might be some penalty for false and misleading information put out "just in time"?

Unlikely, but perhaps someone in either the Administration or Congress might notice and if their contributors approve, act.

Not holding my breath for that though.

So what do we do?

In the real world, the powers of destruction have a limited time for doing damage.

There is a real world of growth which Qualcomm will prove.

Patience is all.

What will be particular fun will be what happens after all the full court press to show the economy is in the tank prior to the election - the "media" is in full swing to do this regardless of the facts.

Will it work?

Perhaps, perhaps not.

But after November the incentive is gone until the next election.

Suggest we watch and learn.

Best.
