chaz just as in the mania bad news was ignored and Qcom just kept going up we have the reverse now. Until the bear market is over Qcom will remain in this range of 23-30. Remember from 98 Qcom is up 250% whille market is flat and many individual stocks like SUNW are down. Have to keep things in perspective.
