Grace, I was reading last night that the condition of the warrants called for six month prior notification by C or CC. Further it seemed to state that the notification had to occur on December 4 or June 4. If I read that correctly, since no notification was given in Dec., then no warrants will be cashed in until at least Dec. 4, 2001 pending a possible June 4 notification of intent to do so by the MSO's. IF [big conditional statement follows!] this is the case, could you imagine ATHM accelerating in share price appreciation due to Radio Shack promotions with other retailers, gaining RR subs at some point, the new subs from the new MSO contract and critical mass in general, etc., and the whole point becoming mute or at least much less of an issue? Sung to the tune of 'Dream Weaver'... Any thoughts on your interpretation? It is nice to see ATHM holding ground in the nas flush.
