Kenneth; If CEs are at a discount they may have most of the risk already out of them, but could languish for some time. I was into them not long ago but have since backed out, You need to be careful as a lot of Asia CEs are at a premium, Russia too. GRR I don't know much about but if it's still in India I wouldn't want it. Recent news is that investments are pulling out of India , testing that bomb is going to cost them. Jim
