Dear Barbara: Yesterday's WSJ had an article outlining some of the
troubles in wireless industry; namely some operators can't make payments on the licences they bought. Institutional investors figured
who the solid companies are and bid up Western Wireless from
13-1/16 to 16, a whopping 2-15/16 today. I got out at 15.5, thinking
that it can't possibly sustain a 25% increase in one day. The advantage has over many of the other wireless operators is that they
also operate an anlog cellular network. Thus they can move their old
customers to PCS. Why Aerial did not participate on this rally, I don't know, ecxept of course that it was caused by other reasons than
the WSJ article. In any case I am long on AERL and hope to see a
similar rally soon for it.

Cheers, Your friend Seppo

PS. I will master this one day :)
