There are 7,592,000 shares outstanding. That is to say, there are 7,592,000 pieces of the company right now (will change as company will eventually issue more to raise capital). Of those 7,592,000, most are owned by insiders and others who aren't allowed to sell their shares, at least not at this point in time. So there are only 1,720,000 shares that are eligible to be traded. . . these are freely tradable shares such as you or I would get if we purchased on the open market.
