CPU MicroMart, Inc. Changes Its Name to EBIZ
Enterprises, Inc.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 1999--CPU Micromart Inc. (OTC
BB:EBIZ - news), A rapidly growing e-commerce company, today announced its name change to
EBIZ Enterprises, Inc. (www.ebizmart.com). The change reflects the company's overall success and the popularity of
thelinuxstore.com and ebizmart.com. Ebizmart.com was launched in January and already has over 2,000 products listed. New
vendors are added daily, some of which include, Huffy Corporation, LaCie Ltd., Mobility Electronics, IXLA, Spidergear, QMS,
Fellowes, Pioneer Standard, Computer Renaissance and extremetoys.com.
This name change follows the EBIZ theme and sets the beginning pace for the upcoming major re-launch of www.ebizmart.com,
