John SLZ did take quite a beating as a result of this news. This gave me a great opportunity add SLZ to my portfolio at a great price. Something very positive about this release (IMHO) is that it shows the management of SLZ are not out to make a quick buck, but are looking at what is best in the long run. Their current properties have good prospects for 1997 and this is a minor setback in their plans. I expect them to continue (and be successful) looking for more good properties in the new year.
