Marlin,

54% institutional ownership is quite impressive with a small-cap.
Unfortunately, this also means this stock has been "discovered" by the
Street. Notice Janus has a big position (#1). I used to own Janus Fund,
they are pretty conservative.

Regarding the insulin patch (officically called Transmuccosal GLP-1),
this is still in Phase I trial. This could be huge if successful.

With the approval of Estradiol patch, I still expect some more price
appreciation in January.
