The best clue lies in the price action---steady to up---in the days
preceding today's announcement. There was no selling pressure from
the many who had to know, and there was some discreet buying. The
conclusion has to be there is value in the breakup. And now that the
news is out, continued buying shows that insiders are holding .. All
positive portents.
