I'll take the Canadian system. Long waits sometime for a sore throat or elective surgery, but catastrophic care ready and waiting when needed.
You don't have to worry about losing your home or your life savings if you get really sick. That's real insurance.

PS - Once the US implements the Canadian system, all those great Canadian docs who moved to the US for better dough and inferior hockey
will finally go back home.
