Your right on all counts.. some things seem weird with this company and its not for the faint of heart...

Also, it will have a long road up as short sellers and traders play with the stock as it rises (in the future--I hope!)

As for the insider selling of past 2 months, "theoretically" it is due to margin calls on the CEO's holdings.. he had to sell to cover. Its a complicated story as is the whole company. Only time will tell but Im willing to give it a chance.. the markets they are bringing products to market in are huge and they need only a small slice to make the future stock price appreciate immensely. Also, they are a potential buyout candidate down the road to one of the big boys. They have added reputable people to their board and management, and signed contracts with some large players. This all said, be careful =)
