SamMaster, Great find on DataWave's agreement with AT & T. In doing my "due diligence" I have found this is an exclusive agreement. That speaks for itself. Based on some preliminary assumptions, in talking with others that are much better "number crunchers" than I am, I would venture to say that the final piece of the puzzle in regards to what DCI is trying to accomplish with these joint ventures and acquisitions to come (4 or so?) in Canada will result in one hell of a windfall for our shareholder value. The fact that we have multiple suitors for this division leads me to believe that we could very well be at the high end when the groundwork has been completed for eventual sale. Once this is accomplished it would seem logical that we would then want to consider a merger of DCI and DataWave in regards to the more lucrative vending business arena. I stand open for any input or contrarian opinions but this is the best scenario I can foresee as of now while referencing the before mentioned business plan and notes over the past 7 months.
