Welcome back to Schwab. I, too, had an account with Waterhouse but got sick and tired of Webbroker being "down" during the day. I will miss buying up to 5000 shares for $12, but Schwab's site has a great layout.

Also, if you transfer enough money, you may be able to participate in IPOs. If you do participate in IPOs through Schwab, remember to hold for at least 30 days.
