If the company cannot say for sure how many shares there are or will be, then investors will remain skeptical and scared. The company should know and should clarify. Are you saying when the name change takes place that these 10-30M shares will not be valid--had the company stated this publicly? I know Joe looked into the company and was less then satisfied. However, if the outstanding shares matter was cleared up, I am sure tht would go a long way toward easing investor's concerns.
