Alomex, Regarding your statement: "It seems to me that WordPerfect has crossed the point of no return and sales will now continue to dwindle no matter what Corel does to the suite."

1. WordPerfect has not crossed the point of no return, but maybe Corel has--indeed Dr. Cowpland has.

2. This type of talk is simply a psychological self-fulfilled prophecy and has no bearing on reality.

3. The pressure of "falling from grace" has certainly been the dominant factor in Dr. Cowpland's pshyce this past several months. Must be self-destructive behavior stemming from deep personal insecurity.

4. If Corel concludes that it cannot sell WordPerfect, there will be no credibility for the NC or any other kind of sales. Even the much talked about Nortel deal, if there is one, will be scuttled.

The question is, who has Dr. Cowpland been listening to, his staff, or himself ?????
