Don't look for much in the way of earnings for 2000.Q1 eps should be negative,and at best 0.I would be surprised to see 2000 eps at $.40.Most of the cash will pay down funded debt of $30+ million.Cap ex for the new Celaya plant will be $8 million.Other cap ex was $8 million for 2000(do not know if this included EMS operations).
