I have read the old posts.
I have a copy of the financials for the quarter ended 6/30/97 .
It states there that the number of shares out is 19 million .
Unless otherwise stated, they are supposed to state the number of shares AT THAT TIME, or otherwise specify the number of shares out along with the date
that the finacials were done. You see that alot on 10 Q 's .

We know that the 504 finacing was done after the 6/30 quarter.

Im just interested in what makes sense .
