[before we do any "voting" on anything] The voting is just a legal formality, and your vote means nothing. As the original poster mentioned, Jimmy Chin and his mother already own the majority of shares, and they can simply out vote you (1 vote per share) and do whatever the hell they want, even if it is not in your best interests.
