First in reply to Dave, it sounds like your PGKP or whatever it is, has a sordid past. If that is the case your already fighting an uphill battle. You are naturally going to attract the type of MM's that feel that the company is nothing more than a papermill. Churn and burn. S-8 stock given to consultants to hype the stock to create liquidity and to peel paper. IF a company does a Reg-S it is amazing how quickly the word hits the street. There are plenty of IB's/MM's that make a living following these types of companies. They will start naked shorting through Canada or whereever because they KNOW paper will be eventually hitting the street.

Like today with ELCC. It showed up in the Dog Pound. I took a quick look. Great sector. Nasdaq. Rumor. Volume. Trading at or around the 52 week low. So I bought....

If your going to buy in a moving market you sometimes have to go with your gut and I did looking for a trade. But as I watched the stock trade on LII it appeared that something was not right as blocks were going off between a 3 cent spread. As TMex points out, the only way you see this is via Level II. So I quickly checked Edgar and there was the Reg S.

If any of you who are out there playing this trading game and do not have Level II because it costs to much, your making a stupid mistake. ONE good trade pays for your service for years!! The ONLY way you can make a good trade is by watching the way the players play the game. If you can't see the players, your not watching the game. Get Level II!!

I have learned the hard way by owning some of these companies that are naked short targets. Lost a bunch of money. As someone has said, there are to many good companies out there to be involved with mess that these Dog companies create. Lets all keep looking for these undervalued stocks such as a TEXN that will pass some muster when it is looked at. Best of luck to us all.

Robert
