This tells you what I have said here and on other boards for quite some time. The PIPE holders are not causing the decline in share price by selling short, don't get me wrong they may be doing some shorting, but the main reason for the decline in price is that the institutions are disgusted with Huber's actions regarding the reverse split and the method of repayment of the PIPE. They are dumping their shares at any price just to get out of this stock. This stock will never reach its full value as long as David Huber in in charge!. We need to dump Huber NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
