Dman, As I think you are aware Firecrest was taken over by Superphone with SP issuing 1 share for 2 Firecrest. Superphone then changed its name to Megacom and then to X-Stream so they are one and the same. You already know how many shares are in issue (34m). On another point it is not usual for UK based companies to push their quoted stock forward on company announcements so I do not see it as mysterious that X-stream make no mention of their BB quote. For example it has already been mentioned on here that Freeserve do not push their own stock. Regards Jon C
