Players Network (OTCBB:PNTV), a Nevada corporation is the first digital 24-hour gaming and entertainment network which specializes in producing television programming to serve the rapidly growing gaming industry. Players Network delivers its 24-hour television channel directly into the hotel and casino guestrooms. The company's format is designed to educate new players and promote casino games and activities. With 180 million people a year visiting U.S. casinos, the industry is now the target form of entertainment in the world. Programming includes shows on basic gaming instruction, news, sports and racing, entertainment and tournaments. Additional affiliate services, such as highlighting big winners and a calendar of upcoming events, provides casino properties with specific current and customized information integrated through Players Network's core programming. Players Network's primary revenues are based on hotel subscription and advertising fees. Since Players Network is closed circuit television, the company is not subject to FCC advertising rules and promotes a targeted audience. This provides an excellent marketing tool that increases casino revenues and heightened hospitality. With 115,00 rooms in Las Vegas alone, the company's objective is to expand from the current room base of 4,800 to 20,000 rooms in 1998 and to 60,000 rooms in 1999. Receiving a subscription fee that averages between $3.00 and $4.50 per room each month. Players Network has the ability to be highly profitable without having to rely on its advertising and other revenues.

Players main function is to provide quests with a simple, non-intimidating, way to learn the rules and strategies of various casino games. According to a developmental study conducted by Catalyst and tabulated by the Pine company, Players Network significantly affected consumer behavior. As a result of the programming, greater than 40% of the viewers played or intended to play a casino game for the first time or a game they hadn't played in a while. Nearly nine-in-ten viewers expressed interest in watching the network on their next visit to a casino. A 1,000-room resort could potentially increase its casino drop by $175,00 per month.

Players Network uses state-of-the-art technology developed by SeaChange International (NASDAQ:SEAC), and is the first digital television playback system. Players Network can currently be seen in:
The Four Queens Hotel and Casinos
The Stratosphere
Primm Valley Resorts (Buffalo Bills, Whisky Petes, Primadonna
with plans to expand into Reno, Laughlin, Atlantic City and other major gaming areas both nationally and internationally. In addition, future expansion plans also include interactive television designed to further the in-room educational programming, cable syndication, pay-per-view, gaming instructional videos, free standing information kiosks placed on the casino floor. Players Network's long term goal is to become a traditional 24-hour television network, much like ESPN, MTV and CNN, sent out to millions of households.

On April 2, 1998, Players Network announced the signing of its first long-term contract to provide casino television programming to the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The term of the contract is for 18 months and includes the premium service, with full customization for the hotel/casino.
