09:27 ET Exodus Comms (EXDS) 6.01: WR Hambrecht says that EXDS is likely to miss revenue guidance for the quarter of $360 mln; says that high churn, few new customer wins, pricing pressure, and modest success with new value-added services suggest that EXDS will see no growth for the rest of this year and little growth next year; believes stock is worth $4-5/share. 09:26 ET Chronimed (CHMD) 9.35: Company discloses that overall revenue, earnings and receivables at its StatScript subsidiary have been overstated for the fiscal year 6/00 and qtr ended 3/01. Expects adjustments to be material. Company explained that problems in its StatScript retail computer accounting systems and procedures allowed certain prescriptions to be inadvertently recorded as revenue more than once. 09:23 ET Catapult Comms (CATT) 27.25: Issue to be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 Index after the close of trading June 14.
