JTSUHMD, "Mr. Shugart denies beneficial ownership of ..." Does that mean that Alan holds zero shares plus 24,000 options and that Seagate holds 6M shares -- or that Alan and Seagate each hold 6M shares and Mr. Shugart also happens to have 24K options? The fact that Alan is a SNDK board member and also Chairman of Seagate may have doubled things up on the books. But I could swear that I once saw a report showing that between Seagate and Mr. Shugart, they owned about half the company (it was around the time when SNDK put together their hostile takeover defense).
