Globalstar does have great potential. But potential isn't profit. People are getting jumpy and thinking that maybe, after a couple of decades of promises, promises, that perhaps things will work out okay after all. But right now, all they have is a bunch of dead satellites and rumours of some others under construction. They do have a load of debt though and temporary access to a lot of spectrum so perhaps the debt and being allowed to use some spectrum is profitable. The greatest gains always go to those who take the greatest risks when others are fearful and doubt the potential and the promises. We still have no idea what "aggressive" means in regard to pricing. $10 a minute? $100 a megabyte? 10c a megabyte? 1c per megabyte? Free until the constellation is busy? Mqurice
