Winners Internet Network Signs a Letter of Intent With Interbet
Corporation
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 5, 1998-- David Skinner, Jr., President of Winners Internet
Network, Inc. (WINR) (OTC-Bulletin Board: WINR) announced today the signing of a Letter of Intent with Interbet
Corporation (Interbet). With the signing of this Agreement, Interbet will be utilizing the WINR Internet Gaming
Financial Structure allowing Interbet to accept play Worldwide from customers using multi- currency. Additionally,
with the signing of this Agreement, it is believed that this contract, between the Licensing Price and the Processing
Fees, will generate income of $500,000 to $600,000 per year for WINR.
Interbet Corporation is a company that developed its own Casino software package and can be found at the address
of www.interbetcasino.com on the Internet. This company plans to become fully operational by mid July 1998 which
coincides with the WINR package which is projected to also become fully operational at the beginning of July 1998.
WINR is a pioneer in developing a Global Gaming Payout System which they feel will revolutionize both the Internet
Casino and the International SportsBook method of payout. Once on WINR'S System, a player will be able to track
a full accounting of wins and losses at each licensed site. WINR intends to work closely with all Government Host
Sites insuring adherence to all International Gaming Laws and Regulations.
