Well, you left one fact out. MMC.

The MMC market makes the digital camera market pale by comparison. Every cellular phone will have MMC in it soon. And unlike CompactFlash market where SNDK holds some 80+% of the market share, SNDK has 100% in MMC. The only downside of that fact is that you cannot increase the market share.

When I read these books written by mutual fund managers, they always give an example of a great value stock that just sat there giving everyone opportunity to jump in. When you read it in retrospect, it sounds neat that such a great value was waiting for you for months. And you wish you were there at the time.

But when you live those moments in real time (as we are now), you (we) invariably wonder and worry. "What the hell! Why isn't this moving up? Did I miss something? Are the insiders selling? Will it crash tomorrow? Me so worry!!! I should get out!!!"

Of course, it moves up soon as you get out.

So, everyone get out.

:)
