MSFT already has looked at buying CSRV, and knows it well. CSRV was
first major customer of Win NT and THE first commercial customer
of Internet Server, when it was code-named Normandy.

MSFT views AOL and CSRV as dinosaurs trying to mate to perpetuate
a dying species. Why by CSRV -- specially because MSFT does not
want the network, which is the major hunk of assets.
