Good work. I did post at the time that DOW's intent was probably to steal the process. The info you found indicates they will undercut the market. They probably will also do it with an inferior version of this and other tests so that they and their fellow chemical producers will have less to worry about from the environmental tests. That may be the primary function of DOW Environmental.

This is the great American corporate way. You can find a new article just about every week about that great American icon GE in another court case for bribing leaders of some country somewhere re contract negotiation or going after a whistleblower within their own ranks who has found internal corruption, design problems or poor quality material problems which constitute danger, etc., to consumers of certain products and while, of course, their official policy encourages whistleblowing they generally proceed to make the life of any whistleblower as miserable as possible.
