Another possibility: 5) The DOW VP does know what he's talking about and is stonewalling. Who knows what his motivation might be, stealing the technology, avoiding publicity with environmentalists, etc? I certainly agree that the company could use the cash flow, but they haven't shown much expertise lately in that regard. Personally, the best solution for shareholders is a truce between the insiders and then get on with their jobs. I should also point out that the SEC does monitor these threads and continual allusions to anyone having superior info could incite them to halt trading and launch investigations. That would probably not be in the best interests of shareholders given the shortage of resources and lack of manpower. (Just my 2 cents.) David
