I feel like Trump probably has an idol of himself somewhere :-)

But seriously, his attraction to evangelicals is interesting. He's quite clearly immoral, in most of the ways the bible specifies. I have to think that some of the candidates who do try to live by some of the biblical rules have to feel a little cheated, a little "God's ways are mysterious", seeing Trump doing so well. But the foolishness of man is pretty much an inexhaustible resource- and that is all you need to know to understand the Trump effect.
