Recent FutureStock Review Update:
----------------------------------------------------

A recent update in the August edition of the well respected, independent
FutureStock Review, Senior Analyst, Mr. Ryan Irvine reports,
"O1 Communiques strong third quarter results represent the company's 5th
consecutive quarter of solid revenue growth and 3rd consecutive quarter of
positive earnings. Key to the growth has been a continued strong retail
presence (expansion through Staples and Office Max), recent OEM deals
(bundling agreement with GVC Corp), and a strategic expansion into Europe
(Dixon Stores). With with strong internal growth and the launch a new
product aimed at the upscale SOHO market set for release in early November,
the company appears undervalued. Even with the 100% rise in the company's
shares since our originally feature, 01 Communique remains a solid growth
opportunity."

---------------------------------------------------------------

Originally incorporated in 1992, 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. has worked
hard to establish itself a leadership position within a new generation of
communications software known as: "unified messaging". The company's
COMMUNICATE! Suite of products allows users the dexterity to not only
manage but access all of their e-mail, fax, telephony, Internet, Intranet
and wireless communications requirements through a single source solution,
utilizing a common interface.

Over the past 20 years, we have witnessed several landmarks in the
development of what is referred to as Computer Telephony Integration
(essentially the marriage of Ma Bell and Papa PC). The "First Wave", if you
will, of this integration process emerged in the late 70's when people
began employing ordinary PC's equipped with a basic modem to communicate
with a mainframe host. Although revolutionary in nature, this method of
communication did not begin achieving widespread application until the
"Second Wave" began in the early 90's. During this period, the usage of
PC's increased dramatically and the option to send and receive fax
transmissions was added to the standard modem. Yet, it is the developing
"Third Wave" of Computer Telephony Integration where 01 Communique sees the
potential for tremendous growth and is indeed already profiting today.

Estimates suggest this Third Wave originated 3 to 4 years ago as PC's began
to be sold fully installed with voice modems enabling users to perform a
number of communication functions over and above fax and data
transmissions. Today's advancements have given PC users the freedom to
place regular telephone calls, send and receive e-mail and video mail,
browse the Internet, and access features such as Internet telephony and
Internet Conferencing, all from their desktops. However, until recently,
users were required to use separate software programs to access each of
these functions. In fact, most people have neither the time nor the money
to spend learning five or more different communication software
applications to satisfy their diverse needs. This is precisely why the
integration of all of ones communication requirements under one
simple-to-navigate, easy-to-understand user interface, like 01 Communique's
COMMUNICATE! PRO, is so effective.

In March 1998, 01 Communique's launched the latest of its COMMUNICATE!
products, COMMUNICATE! PRO. As is the case with all of the company's
products in the COMMUNICATE! family, this latest version, when running on
your PC, employs the likeness of a telephone answering system. The familiar
telephone system helps users navigate through its multitude of features
including telephone answering and speakerphone (complete with an unlimited
number of voice mail boxes), full faxing functions, Internet phone
capabilities, e-mail, the ability to launch a browser, contact management
(phone books, addresses, etc.), remote management, and much more. As you
know, one of the key elements we look for in our evaluation process of
software companies is what we refer to as a line of "best in class"
products. In this regard, 01 Communique's products have received critical
acclaim from such industry heavyweights as WINDOWS Magazine who placed PRO
on their prestigious WinList as the product of choice for Communications
Suites Software and CTI Magazine who cited COMMUNICATE! 8.0 for its wide
range of features and ease of use, rewarding it with an editors' choice
award.

Key Areas of Growth:
--------------------

1. SOHO Market: The Small Office/Home Office, currently 01 Communique's
target, is experiencing an unprecedented boom. Because the company's
products are tailored specifically to meet this groups needs, they
should be able to capture a solid market share.

2. OEM Contracts: During 1998, the company achieved its first original
equipment manufacturing contracts under which partners such as ELSA AG
(Germany's largest modem manufacturer) and ZOOM Telephonics (North
America's 2nd largest modem manufacturer) have the right to bundle a
LITE, 30 day trial version of the COMMUNICATE! product, which can be
upgraded to the full retail PRO version for an additional fee.

3. Corporate Market: It appears the next step in the third wave of CTI
will be in the direction of large corporations. As such, management is
exploring the possible addition of a more robust COMMUNICATE! which
would position 01 Communique well to capitalize on the push towards
CTI in the corporate world.

In the Final Analysis:

01 Communique achieved several milestones over its latest quarter. Revenues
increased 136% to $1.5 million and by monitoring expenses closely, for the
first time in its history, the company posted a positive net income of
$307,212 or $0.016 per share. Increased cash flow also enabled management
to place the company in a position of zero debt. 01's Communique's
"best-in-class" products have truly captured the praise of many industry
experts. This, coupled with the fact that its products are now available in
over 2,000 computer retail stores across North America, should allow the
corporation to sustain year over year profitability and thus, a
significantly higher stock price.

TYPES OF COMPANIES GENERALLY FEATURED:
Typically, our publication features what many would categorize as small-to
mid-cap companies with a total market capitalization of less than $150
million. However, by no means do we limit ourselves to this particular
genre. In fact, we will include any company meeting our criteria,
regardless of its size, which we believe has a strong possibility of
posting gains in excess of 100% in the next year and a half. Because the
featured companies are selected from a cross-section of the economy,
including the manufacturing, consumer, high-tech, resource, financial and
utilities sectors, our subscribers can achieve a comfortable level of
diversification.

RESEARCH STYLE:

Our approach is primarily fundamental in nature. We seek out under followed
and highly undervalued situations, which often have yet to catch the
attention of the investment community at large. Our strict inclusion
criteria restricts our selections to companies producing growth rates in
both revenue and earnings in excess of 30%, yet the research does not stop
here. We make it a practice to talk to and get a feel for the management of
a company under review. Whenever possible, our analysts actually visit the
company's facilities, often testing company products or services. After
all, when purchasing stock, you are essentially investing in the success or
the potential success of a company's products or services. We believe, to
succeed in investing, long-term, you must select solid companies, with
innovative, industry-leading products or services that can survive and
prosper no matter what the current market situation.
