. . . what Bill said. <G> SLAPP suits are usually directed at individuals who cannot bear litigation expenses, and prior to the anti-SLAPP law, usually stopped speaking out. Now defendants have a streamlined method to dismiss such suits, and if successful, are awarded costs and attorney fees.

I hope Bill prevails in his case, I can hardly believe BW is suing them for what they did.
