I agree with you, EPS will be up. They will be debt free with money in the bank. The proposed prospectus filed with the SEC is really good! They seem to have alot of major stuff coming up. It also says that it will increase the book value to something like $4.85 a share. I emailed Kinnard & Co. and they said the offering will price and is scheduled for April 2000 after a full road show. Personally, IMHO I think they already have a number of major players ready to subscribe. I am holding my shares. TTW
