atial, Looks like a vapor patent to me. Worth nothing for a process that does not work for taking money from investors who are easily gulled by a tech aura.

At the root of this is the undeniable fact that any heat engine will give out mechanical energy that is a max of 30-40% of the total energy of the reaction. It can only approach the Carnot efficiency as friction and other factors will keep it lower.
So you apply 100 units of electricity and make 100 units of hydrogen which you then burn to make 30-40 units of mechanical work. Wast of 60-70% or even more. Twill never ever fly. All those who invest as long termers will lose all. Those who wish to see that there are crooks here will be able to buy and sell on market operations if they guess right.
