SafeonTheMove Readies for Sales of New Products

BOCA RATON, Fla., Oct 24, 2012 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- SafeonTheMove
(OPMG), a leading provider of mobile applications software, provided insights
today to its sales strategy, including the unveiling of its new website later
this week, which incorporates pre-registration for early delivery of its unique
suite of products dedicated to reducing accidents involving distracted drivers.

Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO, Keith St. Clair, noted,
"SafeonTheMove(TM), TextOnHold(TM), our responsible texting product, and
PushForPanic(TM), personal security application, will be introduced to the
consumer market in November, 2012. Parents of teenagers, administrators of
corporations, dispatchers of trains, trucking companies, insurance companies,
taxi fleets, police agencies and courts, and the military, all are concerned
about the epidemic of both texting while driving and the area of personal
security. We consider that education is the key, and that SafeonTheMove(TM) is
the answer to these major problems in society today."

St. Clair pointed out that the Company has distribution agreements with a number
of well-known entities in the telecommunications industry and that
SafeonTheMove(TM) sees a potentially lucrative target for its sales and marketing
campaign in the thirty-four states and the District of Columbia that ban text
messaging for all drivers, and the nine states and the District of Columbia which
prohibit drivers from using handheld cell phones while driving.

The Company is continuing to develop TextOnHold for the Apple IOS operating
system.
