I appreciate the information. The reason I phrased the news of the private placement as "a nasty rumor" because this leads me to a couple of assumptions:

a. that this was knowledge that you possesed for several months and it was not disclosed through any of our numerous correspondences.

b. that the stock that was so thouroughly promoted to me at $1.50 is only worth $.65.

If these assumptions are correct, then this indeed looks unfortunate for myself. Although I have not been in the investment game for twenty years, I realize that circumstances like this do occur to the little people like myself, and it is our problem. But I do think that with the information that is available today, situations like this will help to form your track record. Perhaps the next time a James McKillop of BrokerLink comes to an investor like myself, that investor will wonder what is hidden under the surface, and not act upon the recommendation.

Maybe I misinterpreted this situation, but this is how it currently appears. I am sorry that this latest news does not appear as innocous to me as it does to you.

As for the long run, I have not obtained any info that leads me to believe the fundamental story of NuTek is not true. I simply bought in much higher than necessary.
