I am somewhat at a loss understanding your concerns as I draw your attention to your own congratulatory email sent to me recently.

The matter of TVCP v DCI + co-conspirators, is now subject to the legal jurisdiction of the Los Angeles, California courts, and will run its course. Our company has engaged excellent attornies, and they are dealing with the ongoing litigation.
