Just another overleveraged sector of the economy brought on by people who think too much and get caught up the latest spreadsheet showing how rosy the future is and how much money they can spend and borrow against in order to improve their legacy and/or chances of advancing to governor, senator, or president next election chance.

This is the classic psychology of boom leading to bust. Forget the rainy day... we live in LA.

BTW... all budget deficits have seen relatively few revisions... it's going to get MUCH worse. I recommend shorting bond insurers that insure against such things.
